7 Days Refund Policy:-

Our team makes their best effort keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.

Eligibility For Refund

We offer 7 Days refund on all products.
  • Refund should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at o2@prakritiindustries.com
  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The packaging should not be damaged.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Refund amount will be transferred within 5-7 days after clearing the quality check process.
A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
  • If the product is returned after seven days.
  • If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
Note:-
  • Once we receive the product, it undergoes a thorough quality control (QC) check by our team. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be initiated. This process may take up to 7-10 days. If the product does not pass the QC check, it will be returned to your address, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at o2@prakritiindustries.com
