How Do I Order?

To order your products.

  • You have to click on our collection, select a product that you want, browse, and add it to your cart. Once you are ready, click on "My Cart" to check your items and proceed to check out.
  • You can log in to your account or browse as a guest. Make sure to fill in the shipping address so that delivery goes smoothly.
  • Then click to continue to payment,  and you will see how your respective payment method can be chosen. Then, you might be asked to make a payment and confirm the order.
  • After successful order placement, you shall receive an email and SMS.

How Will I Receive My Order?

Your order will be shipped straight to the shipping address you put in for shipping. We make sure to hand over your product to trusted courier services. This keeps you stress-free that your package will be delivered to you safely and in perfect condition.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

After processing, your order is ready within 1-4 days for delivery. It will be delivered to you within 5-7 days.

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

In case a product is received damaged, defective, or is wrong, please contact us at o2@prakritiindustries.com or call +91-76269 60008 within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Disclaimer: We can resolve the issue only after we receive clear unboxing images or video of the damaged or wrong product. We will refund the purchase amount for the damaged product once it has been received back.

What If My Order Is Undelivered?

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order and sends it back to us, we will reship it back to you within 2 working days with an updated tracking number. You will be updated with the shipping details through e-mail.

Will Cod Prices Be Refunded To Me If I Return An Item?

If you wish to cancel your order, then the amount will be returned to the bank account provided in the return process, in case of a Cash on Delivery purchase.
